We can perform the work from our offices, or we can work at your location. In many cases, we have employees positioned at our client locations provided workstations are available. • HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?
  
  Although there is consistency in general accounting between most organizations, businesses have unique characteristics, some have high dollar volume and low transaction volume, others have very high volumes of transactions, and organizations have varying management requirements. Such things influence the level of effort involved. We must evaluate accounting necessities and requirements business before we can provide a realistic quote. We have found through experience, however, that for small to mid-sized businesses, we are less expensive than full-time staff for performing the accounting function due to our specialization.

  Yes, however we specialize in QuickBooks^TM in order for us to maintain our efficiency. With QuickBooks^TM, we can provide the very best of services, including technical support and problem solving. QuickBooks^TM is a great value, is easy to use, is high quality, and QuickBooks^TM is reasonably priced. QuickBooks^TM allows you to start small, and you can upgrade all the way up to their server-based enterprise edition which hosts up to 20 users (exceeds the size of accounting departments in most smaller businesses). • ARE YOU A C.P.A. FIRM?
  
  No. We provide our clients with accounting systems, procedures, and day-to-day operations. We perform the "nuts-and-bolts" of putting together an accounting department, establishing policy and procedures, and doing the daily work. When it is necessary for our clients to have their financial statements audited, or to corporate income tax work done, their C.P.A.'s job is made much easier through our efforts. We have worked with several C.P.A. firms and can make recommendations.
